The Rose Room

This elegant master suite is built for royalty! The original owners of the bed and breakfast - Kevin and Lucy - thought a master suite would be great addition to the house but wanted to preserve the historical look. With this in mind, the Rose Room was added in 2007, featuring modern amenities balanced with historic charm and character.

Named after Kevin's mother Rose Baker Haire, the Rose Room is the centerpiece of Belle View Manor Inn. This stunning room features a king size bed, sitting area with electric fireplace, mini fridge, 46 inch smart tv, and bay window with sitting area looking onto the harbour. The room opens to a luxurious bathroom with a double jacuzzi tub, jetted shower, double vanity, and heated floors.

The Rose Room lives up to its name, the embodiment of beauty and elegance, with a touch of softness and comfort that calls you to sit back, relax and stop and smell the roses.

Peter Easton

Named for one of the most successful and powerful pirates of his time, the Peter Easton Room is worth its weight in gold. Explore the town of Harbour Grace with the Peter Easton room as your headquarters. Take in the impeccable view of the same ocean Easton sailed right from your own bay window sitting area, or hike the Pirates Path trail to the mouth of harbour for a panoramic view and imagine his ship sailing in. Visit the Conception Bay Museum, just steps away, built alongside the very spot believed to be the site of Easton’s own headquarters, and housing an exhibit detailing his adventures. A little further up the road, visit what is known as the Pirates Graveyard, where Easton’s men were buried after a deadly battle.

Upon your return, bask in the historic charm of your room without leaving behind the advantages of modern comforts. Your private bathroom contains an oversized shower, while your sleeping area features a flat screen smart tv, Wi-fi, and air conditioning. In the morning, take your hot/continental breakfast in the dining room on the main floor, where you can enjoy your meal with more breathtaking ocean views.

The Bennett

The Bennett Room is an expression of gratitude, and a tribute, to the man who brought Belle View Manor Inn to fruition, Thomas R. Bennett. Built in 1879 by the Nova Scotia native, he also served as a magistrate in Harbour Grace for 24 years before his death. Sold to the Cron Family shortly after, the house became known as Bellevue – the inspiration for our name.

The sitting nook beside the electric fireplace inspires a calm and quiet atmosphere. Feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a soak in the jacuzzi tub or large stand up shower. The Bennett Room also features a king size bed, black out drapes, air conditioning, flat screen smart tv, and Wi-fi for your ultimate comfort and entertainment. Explore the gorgeous ocean views in the main floor dining room while you enjoy your hot/continental breakfast.

S.S. Kyle

Set sale for a night of relaxation and comfort in the S.S. Kyle Room. This room was named in tribute to a steamship that was part of the Alphabet Fleet, which now rests at the bayhead, where it has been since 1967. View the ship from the boardwalk, and learn more about its history at the Kearney Tourist Chalet.

Return to your room where you can unwind from the day by taking advantage of the jacuzzi tub or full size shower. Enjoy your down time by sitting by the fireplace with a good book. You also have access to a flat screen tv and Wi-Fi for entertainment, or spend some time in the parlor downstairs to take in the ocean views. In the morning, enjoy a hot/continental breakfast before you begin your voyage home.
